Kkakdugi

Kkakdugi or diced radish kimchi is a variety of kimchi in Korean cuisine. Usually, it has all the ingredients of kimchi, but the baechu used for kimchi is replaced with Korean radish. Kkakdugi is a popular banchan enjoyed by Koreans and others.
