About Tulumba
Tulumba or Bamiyeh is a deep-fried dessert found in Ottoman cuisine and the regional cuisines of the former Ottoman Empire, and ultimately originated in the Levant. It is a fried batter soaked in syrup, similar to jalebis and churros.
