Thomas Hughes Life story


Thomas Hughes QC was an English lawyer, judge, politician and author. He is most famous for his novel Tom Brown's School Days, a semi-autobiographical work set at Rugby School, which Hughes had attended. It had a lesser-known sequel, Tom Brown at Oxford.

Arthur Labinjo-Hughes: Review ordered into killers' jail terms

The jail sentences of The Killers who poisoned and tortured schoolboy Arthur Labinjo-Hughes have been referred to The Court of Appeal.

Stepmother Emma Tustin was and Arthur's father Thomas Hughes received 21 years for Manslaughter .
