Main alcohol	Brandy
Ingredients	1 tsp powdered sugar, 1. 5 oz Cognac, 1 tsp powdered coffee, Powdered sugar, 1 lemon disk, peeled
Preparation	Pour cognac into brandy snifter, place lemon disk across the top of the glass and top with sugar and coffee.
Served	Straight up; without ice
