Methionine Synthase

Methionine synthase also known as MS, MeSe, MetH is responsible for the regeneration of methionine from homocysteine. In humans it is encoded by the MTR gene. Methionine synthase forms part of the S-adenosylmethionine biosynthesis and regeneration cycle.
