About Gua Bao
Gua bao, also known as pork belly buns, ambiguously, bao, or erroneously as the bao bun is a type of lotus leaf bun from Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian province, with similar variants found elsewhere with sizeable Fuzhounese communities.
