Giouvetsi

Giouvetsi or Youvetsi is a baked Greek dish made with chicken, lamb or beef and pasta, either kritharaki or hilopites, and tomato sauce. Other common ingredients include onions/shallots, garlic, beef stock, and red wine, as well as some cheese to serve.
