Ding Baozhen Life story
Ding Baozhen, courtesy name Weihuang, was a Chinese official who lived in the late Qing dynasty and served as the governor of Sichuan Province. The Sichuan dish Kung Pao chicken was named after his nickname, "Ding Gongbao".
