About Diallyl Trisulfide
Diallyl trisulfide, also known as Allitridin, is an organosulfur compound with the formula S(SCH₂CH=CH₂)₂. It is one of several produced by the hydrolysis of allicin, including diallyl disulfide and diallyl tetrasulfide, DATS is one of the most potent.
