Zofia Kuratowska Life story
Zofia Kuratowska was a Polish doctor, politician, and diplomat of Jewish descent. Her father, Kazimierz Kuratowski, was a mathematician who worked at the Warsaw School of Mathematics. Kuratowska took part in the Warsaw Uprising during World War II.
