Florida native Zak Catchem is a professional fisherman who's been reeling in ocean giants for decades. In addition to fishing and guiding professionally, Zak also designs lures and other fishing gear. In Louisiana, Zak teamed up with the Edgar family to help wrangle the swamp's biggest monsters.
