Yvan Blot Life story
Yvan Blot was a French conservative political figure who was a member of GRECE and the founder and president of the Club de l'Horloge. A former Gaullist parliamentarian, Blot also served as a leading civil servant under both Interior Minister Michel Poniatowski and Alain Devaquet.
