Yusuf Başkaya, (d. 1879, Denizli) - (ö. 21 Ocak 1947), Türk siyasetçi. Denizli şehrinin Kuvay-i Milliye önderlerindendir. Sivas Kongresi'ne delege olarak katılmış; TBMM'nin kurulmasından sonra I., II., III., IV., V., VI. ve VII.
