Yu Xuezhong Life story
Yu Xuezhong was a general in the armed forces of the Republic of China during World War II, and later a pro-Communist politician in the People's Republic of China, after Mao Zedong took power. Yu was born in Penglai, Shandong. His father was also a military officer, serving in the Qing Imperial Army.
