Yoyogi

Trendy Yoyogi centers on its namesake park, where forested paths lead to Meiji Shrine, a venerable Shinto site with a seasonal iris garden. The park also hosts weekend handicrafts markets and has basketball, handball, and ice-hockey games at the striking Yoyogi National Gymnasium. Outside the park, the Yoyogi-Uehara area offers several craft coffee roasters and upscale stores for imported wines and designer clothes.
