Yoshimoto Ishin Life story
Yoshimoto Ishin was a Japanese businessman and Buddhist monk who was the founder of the Naikan meditation method, which later was utilised as a psychotherapy treatment. He later acted as prison chaplain to spread Naikan to prisoners.
