Yevsey Gindes Life story
Yevsey Yakovlevich Gindes, was an Azerbaijani statesman and pediatrician of Jewish origin who served as the Minister of Healthcare of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, and was member of Azerbaijani National Council and later Parliament of Azerbaijan.
