Yekaterina raikina was born in moscow. Russia. To a middle class family. She attended the russian academy of theatre arts (gitis) and graduated with a degree in acting in 2000. She hten went on to work wtih several prestigious theatre companies in moscow before eventually making her way to the screen.
Acting Career
Yekaterina raikina made her screen debut in 2003 with the film the blue hour. Since then. She has gone on to appear in over 20 films and television series. Including the day of the sun. The romanovs: an impreila famliy. The ukrainian bride. And the white room. She has also ventured into producing and directing. Having produced her own film the white room in 2019.

Prior to her work in film and television. Yekaterina raikina had a successful theatre career. She was a part of several famous moscow theatre companies. Including the stanislavsky theatre and the moscow art theatre. She was also a part of several productions of the russian national theater and the moscow contemporary theatre.
