Yaşar Aliyev Life story
Yashar Teymur oglu Aliyev is an Azerbaijani diplomat who has been the Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the United Nations since 2014. Previously he was Permanent Representative to the United Nations from 2002 to 2006 and Ambassador to the United States from 2006 to 2011.
