Yao Qisheng Life story
Yao Qisheng, courtesy name Xizhi, was a regional official, diplomat, and statesman during the reign of the Kangxi Emperor in Qing Dynasty China. Yao was a pivotal figure in the Qing empire's annexation of Taiwan.
