About Xavier Raufer
Xavier Raufer holds a PhD in geopolitics from Paris-Sorbonne. Criminologist since 1975, he has developed a strong expertise on social and political violence, terrorism and organized crime. He heads the Departement of Research on Contemporary Criminal Threats at the University Paris Assas II.
