Wolfram Gelzer

Lieutenant Wolfram "Wolf" Gelzer (ウォルフラム・ゲルツァー, Uorufuramu Gerutsuā) is a high-ranking officer in the German military, and assumes the role of Sieglinde Sullivan's manservant, as part of the Emerald Witch Education Project.
