Wolfgang Kartte Life story
Wolfgang Kartte (* 7. Juni 1927 in Berlin; † 21. März 2003 ebenda) war ein deutscher Verwaltungsjurist und Regierungsbeamter. Er war von 1976 bis 1992 Präsident des Bundeskartellamtes.
