Witold Cęckiewicz Change this Witold Alexander Cęckiewicz, (born April 29th, 1924) is a polish architect and urbanist. Member of the Academy of Sciences (since 1983) and the Social Committee for Restoration of Historical Monuments of Krakow (SKOZK). From 1955-1960 he served as chief architect of Krakow.
