Witch Sandy

Witch Sandy is a minor character on Tiny Toon Adventures. She is based on Witch Hazel. Her only appearance was in an episode that parodied Hansel and Gretel. She has a house that is made out of Carrot Cake. This attracted Buster and Babs to go near it.
