William Larimer "Larry" Mellon Jr. was an American philanthropist and physician. Mellon was born in Pittsburgh June 26, 1910, the son of financier William Larimer Mellon Sr. and a grandnephew of U. S. Treasury Secretary Andrew W. Mellon.
