William Henry Wills Life story
William Henry Wills was an American politician from the U. S. state of Vermont. He was the 60th Lieutenant Governor of Vermont from 1937-41 and the 65th Governor of Vermont from 1941-45. In 1944, Wills was a delegate to the Republican National Convention.
