William Francis Stevenson Life story
William Francis Stevenson was a U.S. Representative from South Carolina. Born in what is now Loray, near Statesville, North Carolina, Stevenson attended the public schools and was tutored by his father. He was a teacher in the public schools in 1879 and 1880.
