About William 'd-fens' Foster
William "Bill" Foster, also called D-Fens, is the villainous main protagonist of the 1993 film Falling Down. He was a mentally unstable man who went on a rampage through the streets of Los Angeles using a bag of weapons he stole from a gang member.
