Willard J. Overlock Jr.

Overlock, Jr., director, retired in 1996 from a career in investment banking. Mr. Overlock is a trustee of Rockefeller University and a Special Partner at Cue Ball Capital. Mr. Overlock served as a member of the Board of Directors of Becton, Dickinson and Company and chairman of The Albert and Mary Lasker Foundation.
