Who Is Cletis Tout?

Following a successful prison break, two thieves, Finch (Christian Slater), who is skilled in the art of forgery and fraud, and Micah (Richard Dreyfuss), a jewel thief, set out to recover diamonds acquired in a heist some twenty years earlier.
