Wenceslao Vinzons Life story
Wenceslao "Bintao" Quinito Vinzons was a Filipino patriot and leader of the Philippine armed resistance against the Japanese invasion in World War II. He was the youngest delegate to the 1935 Philippine Constitutional Convention.
