Wei Bin

Wei Bin, also known as The Snake, was one of the Eight Tigers and a member of the Chinese Templars. He was the investigator-in-chief of the Tigers, and very thorough when it came to pointing fingers towards potential traitors. Many innocents were murdered resulting from his imprecise orders.
