Wanda Pelczynska Life story
Wanda Izabela Pełczyńska was a Polish journalist, educator and politician. She served in the Legislative Sejm for the Second Polish Republic from 1935 to 1938. The daughter of Józef Filipkowski, a railway engineer, and Zofia Kwiatkowska, she was born Wanda Izabela Filipkowska in Puerto Rico.
