Walter Storey Life story
Walter Storey, 47, executed for 1990 killing of school teacher neighbor Jill Frey at her home in St Charles, Missouri. Storey broke in and brutally beat Miss Frey, 36, and slit her throat so deeply her spine was damaged. The killer sang for a minute after receiving the lethal injection.
