Waheed Arshad Life story
Waheed Arshad, HI, TBt, afwc, fsc, psc, is a retired three-star general in the Pakistan Army who served as the Chief of General Staff at the General Headquarters from 2010 to 2013. His previous appointments at the GHQ include; IG Training and Evaluation, Vice Chief of General Staff and DG Planning at COAS Secretariat.
