About VVT
VVT was a Tamil gang in Toronto believed to be named after town of Valvettithurai in northern Sri Lanka. VVT was founded in the early 1990s by Tamil immigrants, and had a strong presence in the west end of Toronto and was regarded as being very business savvy.
