Volodymyr Kedrowsky Life story
Volodymyr Kedrowsky was a political activist, diplomat, writer, and a colonel in the army of the Ukrainian People's Republic. His military career took him from being a sub-poruchik in the Imperial Russian Army to the leadership of the State Inspectorate of the Army of the UNR.
