Vojtěch Šafařík Life story
Vojtěch Šafařík was a Slovak chemist, specialising in inorganic chemistry. Šafařík was the son of Pavel Jozef Šafárik, a Slovak philologist and historian. The crater Šafařík on the Moon is named after him, and so is the minor planet 8336 Šafařík.
