Vladimir Perić Life story
Vladimir Perić, best known by the nom de guerre Valter, was a Bosnian and Herzegovinian Partisan commander in German-occupied Sarajevo during World War II. Born in the Serbian town of Prijepolje, he became a member of the Communist Party of Yugoslavia in 1940.
