Vitaly Likhachyov Life story
Vitaly Viktorovich Likhachyov, is a Russian politician, who is currently a member of the State Duma of the VIII convocation. He had served as the Mayor of Volgograd from 2018 to 2021, and had been a member of the Volgograd Oblast Duma of the third and fourth convocations, and was its chairman from 2005 to 2009.
