About Vilgefortz
Vilgefortz is the central antagonist of the Witcher book series and a major antagonist in its Netflix television adaptation. He first appears in the second book Blood of Elves. He was a member of the Chapter of Sorcerers, but he conspired with Emhyr var Emreis, the emperor of Nilfgaard.
