Viktor Ostapchuk Life story
Viktor Mykolaiovych Ostapchuk is a Ukrainian railway administrator and later Ukrainian parliamentary, He is a Doctor of Technical Science and is honored as a Hero of Ukraine. He is known for his work at the Ukrainian Southern Railways where under his leadership number of rail-lines were electrified.
