The Victoria Tower is a square tower at the south-west end of the Palace of Westminster in London, adjacent to Black Rod's Garden on the west and Old Palace Yard on the east. At 98. 5 metres, it is slightly taller than the Elizabeth Tower at the north end of the Palace.

The Commons speaker>, celebrated the courage of the Parliament's security team, after they saved A Man who fell into the River Thames in the vicinity of The Building .
Ron Dowson and Habibi Syaaf came to The Rescue , was found on Tuesday, after The Man dived into the icy water.
speaker Lindsay Hoyle said The Duo , and another man alerted the officials after he was supposed to be detected The Incident on CCTV, for their actions.
Mr Syaaf said they were "not heroes" and "did what we were trained".
The Incident occurred on the Victoria Tower Gardens, on the North side of the Thames.
Mr Syaaf, Met a policeman, and Mr Dowson, a part of the Parliament's security detail, found The Man clinging to The Steps and "fight to breathe. "
"I got to The Last Step and called him to me his hand, but when I did it, he lost his grip from a metal / mooring ring and began to drift away," said Mr Syaaf not only the work in the Parliament for two months.
"I was screaming 'take my hand', and brought him back to The First stage. The Man trembled and could not speak.
"I'm just so grateful that he has survived. I'm not a Hero - Ron and I did what we trained and what we could do to help. "
Sir Lindsay also praised The Quick thinking of the Control Room operator Dave Thomas . He discovered The Man in the water to fall on CCTV and alerted the officials as well as The Police Marine unit.
"There is No Doubt in my mind that, if it was not for Ron , Habib and Dave Thomas , the drowned, A Man ," he said.
"We are so lucky to have so many courageous security staff member looking after us in the Parliament but also the people in the environment. I would like to believe that your bravery could be recognised. "
