About Vicki C. Jackson
Vicki C. Jackson is the Thurgood Marshall Professor of Constitutional law at Harvard Law School, whom the New York Times has described as "an authority on state-federal questions". Jackson received her B. A. summa cum laude from Yale College in 1972.
