Vehbi Dibra Life story
Abdyl Aziz Vehbi Dibra Agolli was an Albanian Islamic scholar and politician. He served as the first grand mufti of the Muslim Community of Albania. He was a delegate of Dibër at the Albanian Declaration of Independence.
