About Varian's War
Based on true story of one of World War II's greatest forgotten heroes, Varian Fry, the American who rescued hundreds of artists and intellectuals from Nazi persecution. Over the years Fry rescued more than 2,000 individuals but was only recognised and honoured for bravery in 1991, after his death.
