Vallei van Sluiers is the story of a few well-known Boland fruit farmer families - the De Bruyns, the Roberts and the Van Rhijns - and the people who are drawn into their disasters, quarrels and scandals. The previous season ended with Hannah and De Wet about to leave the Ceres Valley and settle in Botswana.
