Valerian Frolov Life story
Valerian Aleksandrovich Frolov was a Soviet Colonel General. Frolov participated in the First World War and the Russian Civil War. From June 1937 he was commander of the 16th Infantry Division. From October 1937 to September 1938 he participated in the Spanish Civil War.
