Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy was an Indian freedom fighter leader. The son of a former Telugu Palegaadu Mallareddy and Seethamma, Narasimha Reddy was born in Rupanagudi village, on 24 November 1806. He belonged to the Motati Clan of Reddys.

Uyyalawada narasimha reddy was an indian freedom fighter who led the first revolt against the british east india company in 1846.He was born on 15th august 1798 in uyyalawada.A small village in the present day kurnool district of andhra pradesh.He was the son of uyyalawada veknata reddy and his wife.Lakshmamma.He had two brothers.Uyyalawada venkata erddy and uyyalawada lakshma reddy.He was married to lakshmamma and had two sons.Uyyalawada lakshma reddy and uyyalawada venkata reddy.
